The 10,000 Interns Foundation
The Silent Suit Campaign

The Silent Suit speaks volumes. Behind every powerful portrait lies an untold story of resilience, ambition, and the impact of the 10,000 Black Interns programme. This campaign shares these stories to illuminate the diverse experiences of young Black professionals in the workplace.

Our Mission:

We (The 10,000 Interns Foundation) exist to dismantle the systemic barriers that prevent Black graduates from accessing and thriving in fulfilling careers. We are driven to create a workplace where Black professionals have an equal seat at the table, their voices are heard, and their contributions are celebrated. Through impactful initiatives like the 10,000 Black Interns programme we’re changing perceptions and building a truly inclusive and equitable professional landscape.

Why Your Donation Matters:

By donating to The Silent Suit campaign, you’re not just supporting a campaign; you’re investing in a future where:

  • Businesses thrive: Companies with diverse leadership teams are more innovative, more profitable, and better equipped to understand and serve their customers.
  • Communities flourish: When Black professionals succeed, their communities benefit from increased economic empowerment, stronger role models, and greater representation in leadership positions.
  • Society advances: A truly inclusive society, where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential, is a more just, equitable, and prosperous society for all.

Your contribution directly supports the 10,000 Interns Foundation, a registered charity dedicated to making this vision a reality. We provide paid internships, training, and mentorship to talented university students and recent graduates across the UK, opening doors to careers they’d most likely otherwise miss out on.

Help us reach our goal of £20,000 and create a workplace and a society where Black talent is not just included, but truly valued and empowered to thrive. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference.
