I remember applying to 10KAI hesitatingly 2 days before the deadline, thinking I didn’t stand a chance. A couple of months later I received a summer internship offer from Lloyd’s Banking Group in financial markets – my top choice division! I’m currently interning at LBG and am loving every moment of it – it’s immediately obvious how much the Bank cares about disability in the workplace and is testament to 10KAI’s mission in partnering with employers who genuinely care about disability representation in the workplace.
