Rob is the Head of Global Business Services at Barings (GBS), which provides the operating platform for the investment management and other support teams. Rob is a Non-Executive Director on the board of East London Business Alliance and is passionate about student mentoring. In 2007 she co-founded the award-winning Barings’ ‘See the Possibilities’ (#BaringsStP) student programme, which mentors college and university students in building a career in financial services
