When 10KAI was launched I was like wow because it’s not spoken of as much, what it’s like being disabled in the workplace. To be able to be part of this scheme and see what companies working with it is really important to me because they’re making active steps towards change and it also makes me less nervous about approaching the subject of disability with the people that I’m interviewing with
