Internships run for a minimum of six weeks during the summer, providing real-world experience and impact. All interns must be paid a minimum of Real Living Wage.

Asked Questions:

Pledging opens in September, candidate allocations happen from November onwards, and recruitment continues until March. Internships take place in summer.

No – you only need to confirm the number of interns you’d like to hire, the workstreams they’ll be placed in, and the locations available.

Interns come from various academic backgrounds, with most in undergraduate or postgraduate studies or recent graduates.

All internships must be paid at least the Real Living Wage which is £13.85ph for London and £12.60ph for the rest of the UK.

We offer inclusivity training, recruitment guidance, and account management to support you at every stage.
