Meet the Trustees
David Hutchison OBE, Chair of the Board
David was the founding Chief Executive of Social Finance, where he pioneered innovative approaches to tackling entrenched social challenges in the UK and beyond. His career began in investment banking, which brings a unique blend of commercial rigour and purpose-led thinking to his work. As Chair, he offers deep leadership and governance expertise and a longstanding commitment to impact.
Michael Barrington-Hibbert, Co-Founder & Trustee
Michael is the Founder and Global Managing Partner of Barrington Hibbert Associates, a leadership advisory firm based in London. With early experience at Morgan Stanley and a degree in Business and Strategic Leadership from the University of New York, Michael has been widely recognised for driving diversity at senior levels. He brings a global perspective and unwavering dedication to building inclusive talent pipelines.
Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE, Co-Founder & Trustee
Dawid is a qualified barrister turned entrepreneur, best known for co-founding Redington and Mallowstreet, two groundbreaking firms in investment and pensions. He began his career at Merrill Lynch before stepping into the world of consultancy and fintech. Named Black British Business Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018, Dawid is passionate about redesigning systems to be more equitable.
Faye Woodhead, Trustee
Faye is a global Talent and People leader, currently heading the integrated Talent function at MSCI. She specialises in people and culture strategy, M&A integration, and HR transformation, with a strong focus on equity, inclusion, and the future of work. Faye is also Co-Founder of the MSCI All Abilities Employee Resource Group, championing accessibility and representation at every level.
Stuart Breyer, Trustee
Stuart is CEO of Mallowstreet, a digital community and events platform serving the UK’s institutional pensions industry. Originally from the US, he spent several years in finance before moving to the UK to complete an MSc in Social Policy and Planning at the LSE. His passion for 10K stems from a longstanding commitment to bridging commercial innovation with meaningful social change.
Althea Loderick, Trustee
Althea is the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Southwark with an extensive career in local government. She specialises in organisational development, leadership, and workforce strategy and has led and supported transformation initiatives across London councils, the Metropolitan Police Service, and the London Fire Brigade. A champion for equality and leadership development, she also mentors aspiring chief executives.

Wol Kolade, Co-Founder & Advisor
Managing Partner at Livingbridge, Wol has led in private equity for over two decades. He brings deep experience in governance and leadership, having held non-executive roles at Somerset House and NHS Improvement to name a few. Wol supports the Foundation’s long-term vision and champions equity and access across British business.
Jonathan Sorrell, Co-Founder & Advisor
Jonathan Sorrell is Chief Executive Office (designate) of Rathbones Group Plc. Previously he was President at Capstone Investment Advisors, and before that Chief Financial Officer and President at Man Group Plc. Jonathan began his career at Goldman Sachs where he worked in the Investment Banking, Investment Management and Securities divisions. He has an MA in Law from Cambridge University.
Charlotte Appleyard, Advisor
Charlotte is Director of Development & Business Innovation at the Royal Academy of Arts, with previous roles at Outset Contemporary Art Fund, The National Gallery, and the Met. She has served on boards including Turner Contemporary, ICA, and the Evening Standard London Recovery Board, and currently sits on the boards of the MCC Foundation and Figurative.
